At Fullview, we're building the fastest way for SaaS companies to help their users and we're working with some of the leading tech companies in Europe and U.S. We're funded by Lightspeed in Silicon Valley (behind names like Snapchat, Affirm, Docker) and also funded by CEOs of Pleo, Dixa, Unity and more.
We're looking for a strong outbound BDR to join our team! You'll be building a sales function from scratch together with the founders with a LOT of room to grow.
Your responsibilities as Business Development Representative are:
Develop new customer opportunities by identifying new prospects and helping the founders to acquire new clients
Take charge of the outbound top-of-funnel prospecting, outreach and qualification phase of the sales process
Build a pipeline strategically, creatively and actively, based on our tracking and performance metrics
Work closely with the founders and engineers by providing feedback and participating in development initiatives from what you learn in customer conversations
Proactively maintain your pipeline using our CRM (Hubspot).
Qualifications and personal skills:
Fluent English, ideally native or equivalent.
Prior outbound sales experience is a must-have (min. 1 year)
Ability to thrive in a performance-oriented environment.
Entrepreneurial self-starter with a competitive nature. You are comfortable with limited guidance and thrive on solving problems with autonomy.
Positive, social and team-oriented attitude.
