As the Creative Content Lead at Helion B2B, you’ll lead a recently founded team of creatives at an agency who is among the very best at what we do: Strategy and consulting within Inbound Sales & Marketing. We are looking for someone who’d love to:

  • Ideate and package original and engaging content for business-to-business clients within everything from machine-learning technologies to sustainable construction materials

  • Manage and coach our team of Content writers, creators, and assistants.

  • Serve as both content creator and Editor-in-Chief and be responsible for the quality of our content deliverables

  • Define, price, and develop our content products and services. 

What will you be doing in this role? 

  • Leading our Content Team as their direct manager

  • Producing high-quality content across different formats like articles, guides, whitepapers, reports, newsletters, social media posts, and much more.

  • Working with client managers and strategists to develop content concepts and plans for our clients in alignment with their strategies 

  • Contributing to client strategies with analysis and recommendations 

  • Participating in planning and ideation meetings with clients

  • Proofreading and editing deliverables before they’re shipped to clients to make sure we always deliver above-average content

  • Providing feedback to content creators to help them grow professionally.

  • Ensure smooth processes in content production and capacity planning

To succeed in this role, you’ll need: 

  • A proven track record of managing and delivering complex content projects and/or managing an editorial team

  • People management and servant-leadership skills

  • Understanding of B2B buying behavior and content needs.

  • To be able to develop original creative concepts that support client strategies 

  • To be on top of new content marketing trends and best practices, as well as emerging technologies, like ChatGPT, that can empower content creators in their work.

  • To enjoy collaborating with people across different roles; strategists, performance specialists, and more.

  • To be very detail-oriented in order to ensure thorough quality assurance of content deliverables

  • A journalistic mindset of fact-checking and finding the good story
