The vision of Vibrant is to create payment solutions for the world we wish to live in. We have developed a payment solution, which is an app for smart devices that enable businesses and merchants to take payments wherever they are - just by using the smart device. No more old-school terminals with power cables and paper receipts. Easy and simple.
We have recently raised considerable seed funding to support our journey, and we are looking for Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to be based at our Copenhagen office. The successful candidate will have the chance to work closely with and report directly to our Head of Sales, Danny Pedersen.
The target for this role will be to generate own leads as well as assist on meeting bookings via marketing qualified leads (MQLs).
The Role and Responsibilities
Align with marketing campaigns and personas - to target Ideal Customers.
Research and understand the sector and prospects that should be targeted, and make and execute contact sequences towards prospects.
Develop and execute contact sequences and follow up on all relevant potential clients in sector
Engage deeply with prospects to understand their goals and pains, and establish how Vibrant can meet them
Tailor the ‘offer material’ for sales meetings - with key insights - and assist in sales meetings when necessary.
Assist with contacting marketing and partner generated leads to set up meetings and demo’s
Purpose & success criteria
To be a success in the role you secure profitability for Vibrant by being methodical in your craft, organized and managing your time efficiently. You naturally ask questions and listen. You are competitive and want to win. Challenges motivate you just as much as big wins.
You are able to prioritize your time and calendar to be effective and can manage both inbound lead conversion and outreach prospecting for medium sized companies within the target group.
Does this sound like you?
We imagine that you have 3+ years prior sales experience from SaaS and/or payments as well as prior experience and toolbox as SDR or Business Development Representative (BDR). You need to be able and willing to take on a coaching role over time to train and lead new SDRs - and grow as Vibrant grows.
You are fluent in English as well as at least one of the Nordic languages.
