About the role

We are looking for a passionate iOS Engineer to spearhead the development of our front-end application for iPhones.

You will be responsible for building the application from the ground up with a robust foundation, allowing us to quickly iterate and adapt to customer demands.

You will work in tight cooperation with the UX, Product and Back End teams, laying the foundation for our iOS team.

Responsibilities

• Building an iOS app from the ground up, making sound architectural decisions along the way

• Focus on building best-in-class user experience

• Working independently - in cooperation with Product Management and other stakeholders (Backend, UX, etc.) - to iterate on new features within the product

• Balance between building a robust and maintainable application, and building experiments quickly

  
  

Requirements

• What we value above anything is grit, drive and curiousity. Taking ownership and responsibility, being eager to build an outstanding product, while being humble and a good person.

• Under the right circumstances, 2 years of professional experience in combination with the above is much more valuable than 10 year of experience and not having a growth mindset

• Experience with Swift and SwiftUI programming

• Experience building iPhone apps

• Experience working with Git (or similar VCS) and automated CI/CD pipelines

• Experience with various automated testing strategies for Front End applications

• High standards for code quality, maintainability and readability

• Comfort working in a highly agile, iterative software development process.

• Effective communication skills, self-motivated and self-managing, with great organizational skills
