Who you are
To thrive in this role, you should be crazy curious and driven to learn about the social area, our customers and tech stack. You thrive in the deep backend and love to tinker with new technologies to create a better product. You also love working with customers to create a delightful frontend experience that integrates fully with the backend. We suspect you have finished a programming or computer science degree and are eager to put it into practice! A big plus if you have worked as a leader in software before.
We know great programmers can learn any language, so you don't have to know our exact stack. But to be able to function well in this role, you should, at minimum, have experience working with:
Understanding of RESTful APIs
HTML, CSS, JavaScrip / TypeScript
Essential UI/UX design knowledge
Backend programming languages (we use C# & .Net Core 6)
NoSQL databases (we use AWS' DynamoDB)
It would also be fantastic if you had experience with:
Cloud platforms (we use AWS)
DevOps (we use a combination of AWS and Docker)
The application process is very lighthearted. You send us an application before the 14th of January, and then if we like your profile, we will talk sometime in January. The process is first-come, first-interview, but we aim to get back to you as soon as possible.
Your application should include:
Who you are
Why you want to join
Access to your portfolio (what you previously have worked on)
If all goes well, we want you to start around January
