Business Analyst (student) with successful SaaS company

We are looking for a curious and ambitious student to work as a business analyst helping sales and marketing perform best possible.

You should preferably be enrolled in a finance or business master program or similar with financial and business knowledge. You are attentive to detail and numbers and can also see the holistic picture and help make recommendations for action in sales and marketing. On top of this you are also a team player and want to win with the team and the company. 

You will report to the current Business Analyst that is being promoted and work closely with the commercial management.

Task and responsibilities

• Analyze sales and customer data in cooperation with Sales to find opportunities and trends to maximize sales efforts

• Assist VP of Customer Experience working with customer data and journeys

• Work closely with Head of Growth Marketing to analyse efficiency in different channels

• Look into financial data to follow performance in different segments and establish KPI’s based on lifetime value and customer acquisition cost

• Analyze pricing and help find best possible fit to market

Requirements: 

• Preferably enrolled in a Finance or Business Master’s 

• Proven knowledge of number crunching 

• High attention to detail and accuracy. 

• Ambitious and quality minded

• Savvy IT user who easily picks up new systems. 

• Microsoft Excel

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong team-player, efficient, structured, and solution-oriented. 

• Fluent in English
