Then we have an internship position for you available on our team at Hairlust. You will be part of an exciting learning program and test your skills in digital marketing for an e-commerce business that is rapidly growing. The internship is for 2-6 months in 2023.

We are looking for an intern who will join our talented, dedicated team, and will work determinedly to drive traffic and sales. Your overall task as a Digital Marketing Intern is to drive traffic and sales to our webshops through various marketing channels. For that purpose, you will use the whole range of online marketing channels.

We are a Danish-based beauty brand with offices in the heart of Copenhagen with 25 dedicated team members. We introduce a new generation of cosmeceuticals and beauty products for the picky customer. Since Hairlust was founded in 2017, the business has grown each quarter, won multiple beauty awards, expanded into 16 local markets, developed 40 products, had more than 300.000 customers and the list goes on. Today, we have 15.000 monthly orders and more than 500.000 monthly unique visitors. We're on an exciting journey and we want you in!

Your primary tasks will be concentrating on, but not limited to, a specific market of ours, in which you will work with:

• Creating and optimizing our webshop content for the Polish market

• Assisting in monitoring our different marketing channels such as Google & Facebook 

• Assisting in our email automation campaigns as well as newsletters, and contests

• Content marketing and general SEO

• Outreach and handling of influencer marketing

• Ad hoc tasks

Apart from primary work assignments, you will be expected to help out with a range of different tasks, which includes everything from optimization of the website to conducting market analyses etc.

The right candidate profile might look like this:

• You love digital marketing and got some experience already

• You are a native speaker of Polish and fluent in English

• You are currently studying or just finished studying something relevant, e.g. e-commerce, business, communication, or marketing

• You work in a patient and structured manner
