At Radiobotics we are looking for a key member of our customer success & operations team, a Service Operations Manager with experience in PACS, RIS and hospital IT infrastructure to deploy our AI products into the hospitals where they will provide clinical value. You will be working closely with our customers to ensure a smooth & optimal installation of our products in their hospital infrastructure. You will be part of our customer success team to provide best possible solutions to their hospital setup, stellar service & customer experience, collect customer feedback.
Who we are
We are on a mission to transform radiology by designing ML/DL based products that augment the workflow of radiologists, improving the quality of the diagnosis and reducing waiting time. We are developing algorithms for automatic analysis and description of routine medical x-ray images at hospitals, within musculoskeletal radiology.
We have a beautiful office in central Copenhagen where we like to work, go for a swim in the harbor in the summer before/after work and enjoy each others’ company.
Furthermore, we have recently opened a small office in the center of Aarhus alongside other startup companies in an inspiring environment.
Who you are
You have background in IT or systems administration in PACS/RIS/EMR systems and/or Linux and/or Windows environments. The most important is that you have an ability and excitement to learn and provide value to our customers by helping them successfully integrate Radiobotics' products into the radiology workflow.
Additionally, you will be our contact person for supporting those integrations/installations so good communication skills will be important. You should be open to work on a wide range of tasks from our offices in Copenhagen or Aarhus.
You have IT or Systems administration experience (within healthcare/hospital domain, e.g. as a PACS Specialist)
You know your way around in Linux
You have good technical communication skills
You have ownership and responsibility of the parts of the project you implement/lead
You’re positive, driven, and a fast learner
You are based around Copenhagen or Aarhus
You can communicate fluently in English and (preferably) Danish
Some experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud
Experience working with PACS, RIS or EHR software
You have experience working with Docker
Installation of our products (both on-prem and in the cloud)
Communication with hospital IT departments regarding deployments & support
Project managing & documentation of deployments
Management & documentation of our deployment
On-site visits of EU customers
Integration feedback collection & improvement
