About the position:

We are looking for a Compliance Manager with a background from legal, audit, compliance or IT discipline to run our Information Security Management System (ISMS) and annual infosec and privacy audits. If you are further comfortable with GDPR and legal related tasks, you are the perfect candidate. You will make sure that we are best in class on the current infosec and privacy landscape and further mature our doing. You enjoy working independently and like to interact with other people to make sure things happen. It is a dynamic and exciting role encompassing a broad range of responsibilities and topics that directly reports to the CEO, and engages closely with the CTO on a daily basis.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage our ISMS and the annual GDPR wheel

• Uphold our current ISO 27001 certification, e.g by ensuring maximum compliance with security policies or documenting security incidents

• Future infosec initiatives, e.g. a SOC2 or an ISO 27701 certification

• Sharing expertise with the wider organisation both on infosec and privacy

• Remain up-to-date with any developments within standards and the regulatory landscape within infosec and privacy.

Skills that make you a good fit for this role: 

• You have at least 1-3 years of relevant work experience

• The ISO 27001, ISO 27701, and/or SOC 2 framework are familiar to you

• You have experience with infosec/ privacy audits and assurance, e.g ISO 27001 certification or surveillance audits, ISAE3000, etc.

• You are a good team worker and relationship builder with an ability to work independently

• Have a proactive approach and suggest improvements to the status quo

• Excellent communication skills in English
