Based in Copenhagen, MXNEY is a VC backed fintech company providing financial services and strategic advice for E-commerce businesses in several European markets.
We want to be the financial home and trusted advisor for businesses operating within the E-commerce space and our services span from funding over payment solutions to growth plans and marketing insights tailored for the specific business and its current situation.
The role.
With the ambition of being the go-to solution within financial services for e-commerce merchants, MXNEY is now launching a payment service. Focusing on servicing the payment needs of E-commerce merchants across Europe.
Therefore we’re seeking a payment advisor who will be responsible for the onboarding and ongoing support of MXNEY Pay merchants while playing a crucial role in the development of the support team.
As a Payment Advisor…
You will be the first line of support for MXNEY Pay’s merchants
You will support businesses with queries about working with MXNEY Pay including pricing & terms, the onboarding process and technical setup
You provide support through a range of channels to suit customer needs, including live chat, email & phone
You contribute to improving the customer experience and the MXNEY Pay product by providing feedback and suggestions to improvement of the MXNEY Pay solution
You continuously look for ways to improve the way we support businesses, e.g. identifying common queries and making sure these are addressed in self-serve articles; providing feedback to Product & Sales teams
You will be responsible for onboarding and support the activation process of new MXNEY Pay merchants
What we would like to see from you:
You have a positive attitude and understand the value of high service standards
You’re fluent in both written and spoken English
You thrive in a dynamic environment
You are a natural problem solver, able to quickly understand problems and identify solutions
You have experience within technology and payment solutions (knowledge of the eCommerce market will be a plus)
You are available to work full-time with your workday based out of our office in Copenhagen
It’s big plus if you have experience within customer service
