Tembi is a newly established AIaaS (Artificial Intelligence as a Service) company with global ambitions based in Copenhagen. Our platform connects data collected from a variety of open and publicly accessible sources, deploys machine learning models to enrich the data, and gives our customers direct access to the results of the algorithms in an easily-navigatable interface. We already have well-known corporate clients across Scandinavia and we are currently expanding to other countries in North-West Europe
Your role
Having the right attitude to succeed in the role is a must. As a BDR you take pride in the results that you make. But the real joy is when we win as a team. We also lose as a team. Therefore we expect you to take an active role in driving your own learning and sharing with your colleagues.
You are expected to:
Be a proactive self-starter and goal-driven with a focus on over-quota performance
Have a strategic approach to establishing new relationships and prospects
Be resourceful and persistent in finding the best way to reach the right people (decision-makers)
Be able to put into context the value of Tembis’ products
Ideally, you:
are eager to learn and be coachable
are a confident and engaging communicator with empathy for the needs of your potential customers
are ambitious and have aspirations to grow into bigger roles in the future
are a team player and an inspiring friend who loves working closely together with your colleagues
are a sales enthusiast, excited with the selling process and closing deals
speak fluently a Scandinavian language (fluent Swedish is a plus) and English
have experience working with outbound sales and cold calling is a plus
