We are looking for a strong leader with many years of experiences and with a solid operational background, who can help us scale the company and increase our market share in the Nordics and Europe. This is a newly established role with flexibility to set your own footsprint in your daily work.

You will be part of the leadership group with reference to the CEO.

Responsibilities

• Defining and implementing scalable processes and systems in the compan

• Optimize our value chain to deliver high quality products on-time to our customers

• Manage teams in an international environment and makes sure that targets are met

• Execute the vision and help set the direction for the company

About you

• You are an executor and can drive projects forward to deliver excellent results

• You can motivate and create the right structure for people in the organisation to achieve their goals

• You have +3 years of experience from a similar role e.g. CCO or COO from a medium/large sized company

• You are a leader, who lead by example. and make sure we move in the right direction

• You have a technical and commercial mindset and understand what it takes to keep a company afloat and generate cash flow on time

• You have extensive experience with international expansion and understand what it takes to bring a product to the markets

• Industry experience from the parkering or mobility sector is a plus

• You have experience from software and tech companys and know how to scale a business

• You enjoy working in a dynamic workplace where changes occur regularly and are implemented fast
