Some milestones of the company CirBu you will be joining:

  • We won a pitch-competition by Copenhagen municipality for construction-startups 

  • Came in second at a pitch-competition focussed on tech, hosted at Google 

  • Started a first pilot and have 5 organizations wanting to use our product

  • It is built by experienced founders that have met the selection criteria for the Antler VC program. -and is in the final stage with potential of $ 125k investment.

 

What will you be doing?

The CMO will take charge of the commercial expansion, identifying and establishing contacts with potential customers, driving sales, initiating, and cultivating relationships with strategic partners. As part of the commercial expansion, the focus will be on building the CirBu brand finding and scaling up sales channel, whilst strengthening the customer and product experience. The business should be ready for expansion to new markets and new product ranges/offerings. This should be achieved through organizational leadership and pro-active sales and marketing management. Given the maturity of the company, the CMO is expected to have a hands-on and operational approach to sales and marketing efforts while building the team and organization.
