Fleet Operations Manager
Are you interested in cars and technology, and want to be in charge of handling Hyre's Danish car fleet? We are now looking for a Fleet Operations Manager in Denmark to be a central part of our expansion in the Nordics!
Hyre is expanding in the Nordics, with Denmark as our next market. As a central part of this expansion we are looking for a Fleet Operations Manager in our Danish leadership team. As the Fleet Operations Manager you will have the overall responsibility for running the fleet operations. You will be responsible for onboarding new cars, finding the best locations, making sure the cars are available and in good shape, and finding practical solutions to various fleet issues. As the Danish operation grows, you will lead and be responsible for hiring colleagues within operations, in addition to finding and working closely with the car service providers.
The Fleet Operations Manager will play an important role in our journey to redefine car ownership. You will be a part of a fast paced and data driven work environment with minimal time from decision to execution. Your colleagues are passionate about creating outstanding customer experiences through innovation and technology. You will be based out of Copenhagen and report to the Managing Director Denmark.
As a person you are able to work independently and structured, you are not afraid of getting your “hands dirty” and like getting things done. You are interested in cars and you enjoy working with technology. You are flexible and thrive working in the interface between service providers, suppliers, team members and other colleagues. An important part of the role will be hiring and managing your team members. This will require leadership skills and ability to create a collaborative and supporting work environment.
As a formal background we believe you have:
Experience from working with operations, e.g running a store or logistics management
Management or team lead experience
Good oral and written skills in both Danish and English
Background from start-up or relevant experience from the mobility sector is meritorious
