Customer Service Manager
Do you want to be responsible for building a best in class customer service function for Hyre in Denmark? We are now looking for a Customer Service Manager in Denmark to be a central part of our expansion in the Nordics!
Hyre is expanding in the Nordics, with Denmark as our next market. As a central part of this expansion we are looking for a Customer Service Manager in our Danish leadership team. Customer service in Hyre is essential in order to create trust, satisfied customers and excellent customer experience. In Norway our customer service team has won the customer service prize in the car rental category, and our goal is to be best in class across all Nordic markets. As the Customer Service Manager you will have the overall responsibility for how we meet our Danish customers and build the customer service team to succeed in Denmark. You will be involved in various internal projects in addition to running the customer service department.
The Customer Service Manager will play an important role in our journey to redefine car ownership. You will be a part of a fast paced and data driven work environment with minimal time from decision to execution. Your colleagues are passionate about creating outstanding customer experiences through innovation and technology. You will be based out of Copenhagen and report to the Managing Director Denmark.
As a person you are positive, flexible, service minded and hold excellent communication skills. You are able to find solutions to customer service issues and related operational problems, in addition to being structured, result-oriented and able to prioritize. You enjoy finding ways to work smarter and more efficiently, for instance in collaboration with our technology team. The most important part of your job will be to build and manage a customer service team and make a collaborative, goal-oriented environment. This will require great leadership skills and a supportive attitude towards both colleagues and customers.
As a formal background we believe you have:
Experience within customer service, as a team leader or similar senior role
Good oral and written communication skills in both Danish and English
Experience from start-up is meritorious
