We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager in Denmark to take charge of our manufacturing, supply chain, and team management. This is a pivotal role in the organization and we are seeking a colleague who can implement the right processes and practices to help scale the business.
Formulating strategic and operational objectives
Improving operational management systems, processes, and best practices
Purchasing materials, planning inventory, and ensuring efficient delivery of products
Managing budgets/forecasts and monitoring production KPIs
Recruiting, training, and supervising staff
Supporting optimization and process development within manufacturing
QMS implementation within the manufacturing process in-house and ensuring the team follows defined protocols.
Proven work experience (3 years) as an Operations Manager or similar role in hardware/medical device production organizations
Experience budgeting and forecasting and setting KPIs/OKRs
Familiarity with business and financial principles
Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or equivalent
Excellent business acumen, interpersonal skills, and communication skills in English.
Preferably you have a Lean Six Sigma qualification and experience in leading and implementing lean process projects.
As a person, you are a driven and engaged manager that can maintain a high level of motivation and focus to get things done and achieve ambitious goals. Your work is structured and organized and you are able to motivate the team to maintain timelines for project completion. You see yourself as a team player with problem-solving skills and the motivation to work within a fast-paced, interdisciplinary, and dynamic environment. Furthermore, you are a resident of Denmark and do not need to relocate.
