Trendsales are developing rapidly, and we want our environment at the office to be top-notch. Do you enjoy providing good service and do you have an eye for order and administrative tasks? Then you might be our new colleague at our office in the inner city.

We are looking for a committed colleague for 30 hours a week who wants to be part of a company with both high ambitions and a high ceiling. We care for each other and emphasize that all employees feel welcome and prepared well for their daily work.

You can be sure of this as picoline/piccolo:

• You get your place in the office, where you have an overview of the whole house and can facilitate a good and pleasant environment.

• You will have a central task in onboarding our new colleagues and ensuring that equipment and a desk is ready.

• You will be responsible for setting up our lunch, which is delivered from an external vendor

• You will take care of minor tasks for the office, such as online orders of goods, shopping for breakfast, etc.

• You will 100% be part of the team, and get an insight into everyday life at a software company with ambitious and committed colleagues

• There will be time and space for laughter and social events, which you help to plan and arrange

We are a total of 50 colleagues at the office located centrally in Copenhagen, and you will have fixed tasks that must be solved every day, but you will also, in collaboration with our CFO, plan various tasks and events that must be put together. You will have to be in the office daily from 9-15.

About you:

We don't care too much about your resume, as long as you know how to provide good service with an open mind and want to help both colleagues and guests in the house. We imagine that you, for example, are on a sabbatical year and might want to get a taste of the business world before starting your next chapter.

However, we will value it highly if:

• You can work independently and handle many different tasks during the day.

• You are structured, have courage and a can-do attitude.

• You would like to participate and contribute to the community.
