SOME Manager

NAKED Copenhagen is searching for a Social Media Manager to join our Marketing Team. The qualified candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing Social Media strategies to increase our brand's presence, traffic to our website and help improve marketing and sales efforts across all SOME platforms, as well as daily management of all platforms. The ideal candidate loves sneakers and fashion and understands the importance of a strong online presence for brand performance. It is also essential to understand NAKED Copenhagen’s DNA and to have a creative flair for generating new ideas in collaborations with Marketing team.

Job Description: 

• Manage social media accounts in English e.g., Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook

• Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals

• Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily

• Keep up with the latest in sneakers/fashion (trend and customer research and analysis) 

• Analyze and report social media statistics  

• Collaborate with other teams, such as e-commerce and sales to ensure alignment

• Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

• Analyze the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identify strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements

• Research social media trends and inform management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities

• Define key performance indicators (KPI’s) for social media campaigns

• Report to KPI’s to management

Qualifications:  

• Minimum 1-2 years' experience as SOME Manager or similar role

• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills (Danish is a plus)

• A deep grasp of NAKED Copenhagen’s brand/aesthetic 

• Advanced user of social media platforms and experience with digital marketing concepts 

• Strategic planning ability

• Organized and able to multitask
