For our team at Radiobotics, we’re now looking for a professional and enthusiastic Sales Director to spearhead our commercial activities globally. You will play a crucial part in building and scaling our commercial team, so we’re looking for a commercial leader with a few years of experience in running both your own deals and leading a team.
You will lead our commercial team and drive your own deals
The two core tasks for the Sales Director are running your own deals and leading our commercial team from our HQ in Copenhagen. We’re looking for someone who has done this type of hybrid role before, where you can manage your own deals, build and scale the team, while also coaching, developing, mentoring and leading the commercial team. The role will initially report to Founder & CEO of Radiobotics, but we will eventually hire a CCO to own all commercial aspects of the business going forward.
We sell disruptive technology which requires solid knowledge of running a complex sales process with multiple stakeholders on both sides of the table. So, we’re looking for a person who’s interested in becoming an expert within the field of disruptive technologies for Radiology AND with excellent stakeholder management skills, e.g. to engage with decision makers and ambassadors in prospective companies across the region, to promote Radiobotics solutions. Our customers are primarily Hospitals, so experience with selling to the healthcare industry is an advantage.
You’ll generally be motivated by:
Building a team of highly engaged and motivated employees
Leading complex deals with multiple stakeholders internally and externally
Building lasting relationships with key stakeholders in the space of Radiology
Working closely with Customer Success to ensure a world class customer experience
You’ll probably bring this experience:
+5 years of SaaS sales experience with a complex sales cycle
Preferably experience with selling to public sector and/or health care
Experience with leading a sales team
Excellent pipeline & sales management skills
Strong experience with a data driven approach to sales management & forecasting
Experience with running 121’s with Account Executives
