Receive feedback you report back to the product team to make sure the most needed features are being developed.Â
Participate in creating user engagement flows and onboarding

Fluent written and spoken English
You enjoy talking and helping out people
You are ambitious, honest and eager to learn more
Have previous experience in SaaSÂ Customer Success Management.
