Put your operational skills into practice in our café/event/community-hub here at Talent Garden Rainmaking! 

We are now looking for a part-time colleague to join our campus team and primarily run the café at our co-working house Talent Garden Rainmaking.

You will be our helping hand, eyes and ears - supporting the operations of our co-working house and making sure our 300 residents spread across young tech companies, and our guests have a great experience in our campus.

The primary working areas:

• Café support: You will be in our Café and serve our loving members with Barista Coffee and snacks as well as running our café operations. Our Café is also our reception and the community heart. It is your responsibility to great all members and guest when entering our campus. You will also be responsible for checking-up on our small kitchenettes on every floor and brewing new coffee at the end of your shift.

• Occasionally, you will be asked to assist with impromptu tasks and challenges.

• The position could also evolve into event support: You will prepare catering (coffee, snacks, etc.) and set up our beautiful event space according to our customers' needs - different chairs/lounge furniture/workshop tables will need to be set up depending on the event.

  
  

Core skills/personality type we are looking for: 

• Fluency in verbal English is required, Danish is a plus

• Hands-on attitude as well as interest in and sense for everything operational

• A natural troubleshooter and problem solver with an eye for detail

• Self-organised and efficient execution of tasks, taking ownership for getting things done

• A people person who easily connects with others

• Proactivity and high energy level

• Brings a positive attitude to work

• Interest in entrepreneurship

This is an hourly role and the shifts will be organised together with the campus team.
