We are looking for an independent, structured and flexible student assistant, as an Executive Assistant in Hermans Denmark, who will assist and report to the CEO and Head of Finance.

Hermans Danmark is a fast growing facility management company. We focus on providing sustainable services to businesses/offices in Copenhagen. We provide services such as commercial cleaning. property service, canteen solutions, purchase of e.g. office supplies and much more.

Tasks:

• Assist the CEO and Head of Finance with administrative tasks

• Structuring the company's current setup

• Handling and preparation of contracts for customers and employees

• Optimizing processes/automations

• Update our information continuously on various platforms

• Handle various ad hoc office tasks

• Preparation of various presentations

• Develop analyses
