Airtame is looking for a Product Manager to join our Cloud team.
You will help us on our mission to become the preferred platform for shared screens in organisations. Airtame Cloud is our core management platform and an essential component allowing us to improve collaboration for thousands of schools and businesses. It’s also at the heart of our SaaS offering meaning you will be gaining experience in product-led growth optimizations of onboarding new customers and converting them into happy long-term customers and ambassadors.
In this role you will manage and support the development of our web based platform by collaborating across the organisation to scope and prioritise software investments. You will be responsible for the end-to-end discovery and delivery of everything related to the Airtame Cloud.

Ensure that there’s a clear strategy for the product that is in coherence with the product vision and guiding principles
Build a product roadmap based on customer needs, resources, and strategic opportunities.
Ensure a value-driven prioritisation balancing new features, bug fixes and technical debt management together with the QA and Engineering leads. Write clear requirements for prioritised work.
Ensure the successful launch of everything the team ships, which means being accountable for the quality of the solution and the impact that it has on both customers and the business.
Assist the Engineering and Design peers with the planning and the execution of their development sprints.
Collaborate with commercial stakeholders like sales, marketing & customer success to align the organisation about the why and what your team is building.
Prioritise and conduct user research together with designers and our user research team.
Work closely with the VP of Product to define the mid-term roadmap objectives, research investments & product direction.
The successful candidate will have:
Experience working with agile methodologies and backlog management, either as product manager or product owner.
Experience using both quantitative data (e.g., metrics, analytics) and qualitative data (e.g., user feedback) to inform product prioritisation.
Experience in collaboration with full stack software teams.
You collaborate well cross-functionally—especially with engineering, marketing, sales, and support—to get an organisation working together towards strategic objectives.
Analytical and well organised when working with the continuously changing knowledge around our product/features.
Strong communicator (verbally and written) in English, with the ability to communicate effectively to a team on location and with distributed members.
An interest in managing various aspects of SaaS products such as platform scalability, billing/subscription management and user administration.
