We are now hiring a Sales Manager who will be responsible to build and, in time, coaching a high-performing sales development and account executive team to be able to constantly hit and overachieve targets.
You will report to our CEO, Morten, and will work closely with our marketing team to establish ABM plays.
The position is full-time and based in Copenhagen.
For our new Sales Manager, we highlight the below responsibilities, but as a sales professional, you have the opportunity and freedom to influence and refine them with us.
Responsible for building the pipeline, processes, and people aspects of the sales organization. Ensure high performance of the sales function, so we achieve weekly and monthly targets. Selecting leads together with Marketing and leadership based on ICPs and account data. Provide input into the Sales Playbook and improve prospect messaging, outbound plays and processes together with Marketing.

We expect you to:
Have experience working with sales in a management role in a Start-up or Scale-up preferably within B2B SaaS in an enterprise sales environment.
Lead by example and take pride in being very hands-on. No task is too small for you if it takes us forward.
Have a strong foundation in sales methodologies, and technology and also enjoy coaching and training others in sales.
Have a good business understanding and strong analytical skills to use in external and internal work.
Have strong experience in KPI-tracking, Pipeline Management and sales qualification practices.
Have a high sense of urgency in all matters and you feel energized by leading and coaching your team to success.
Speak fluently in English.
