Eupry is a Copenhagen-based start-up, revolutionising the way medicine, food and other sensitive goods are stored - and we need a Junior Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist to help us boost our employer brand, source those hidden talent gems and take the candidate journey to the next level!

What will you do? 

The Junior TA Specialist role will include Talent Acquisition, Onboarding and Employer Branding activities. Below are some tasks you can expect to find on your daily to-do list: 

• Write and post job ads

• Source candidates

• Screen candidates by reviewing job applications, and performing phone screenings

• Partner with the People and Culture Manager and the Hiring Managers to schedule and coordinate on-site or video interviews, as well as manage the employment contract process

• Manage the candidate flow in our applicant tracking system

• Perform reference checks 

• Support the onboarding process

• Create Employer Branding content in collaboration with our Marketing team

About You

As you will often be the first person from Eupry our candidates meet, it’s important that you are a people person with excellent communication skills - and that you don’t mind giving people a call and chatting with them. Furthermore, we expect you will recognise yourself in some of the following: 

• Great English skills, both in writing and speaking - any additional language skills will be an advantage

• Graduated within the fields of Communications, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Marketing & Branding or similar

• A few months of experience within Talent Acquisition, in an internship or a student job 

• Great organisational skills and ability to deliver within set deadlines
