The position

Short introduction to Lendino and Smallbrooks

Lendino A/S is a Danish company that works with crowdfunding. We run our own crowdfunding platform for loans on lendino.dk, and we sell our IT system for crowdfunding under the brand Smallbrooks. The Smallbrooks system is a ”crowdfunding platform as a service” solution that makes it fast, easy and affordable to get a tailor-made crowdfunding platform without re-inventing the wheel. It is especially suited for large organisations that already have a “crowd”. Our ultimate goal for the Smallbrooks system is to make it the preferred global IT solution for crowdfunding. This is what you will help us with. 

Work tasks

A large part of marketing and developing the platforms for our clients consists of wireframing and prototyping each platform according to the client’s needs. 

The UI/UX designer's responsibilities will include assisting in gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements and wireframes/prototypes. To be successful in this role, you should have some experience with design software and wireframe/prototyping tools. We work within Figma, so experience with this tool is a significant advantage. If you also have a portfolio of design projects that includes work with websites/applications, we would be very interested.

Main tasks:

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with project managers and software engineers

• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps

• Design graphic user interface elements like menus, tabs and widgets

• Build page navigation buttons and search fields

• Develop mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like

• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders

• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback

• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of UI-UX design

• Some experience in working with wireframing tools

• Fluent level of English 

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to discuss and explain design options

• Detail oriented

• Problem solver and customer-centered

  
  

You do not need to have a ton of experience as you will be here to learn and we will guide you through our workflow and teach you everything you need to know.
