We are building up a brand NEW team in a brand NEW department: Customer Success. To make that happen we need Hero(ine)s to join the team, help scale and build up the department. We already have Maria in place. She will head the department - now we need YOU 🫵 who wants to join this exciting new journey 🚀

You can look forward to sparring with cross-department teammates with many years of combined experience from Customer Service, design agencies, tech startups, established corporations, and more. Safe to say, we're a little different than the common team setup in our industry and we think it's an advantage.

About the role as Customer Success Hero(ine) 🦸‍♀️ 🦸‍♂️ :

  • Answering questions about Klar’s products - primarily on phone, e-mail or chat with questions regarding products, orders status and deliveries.

  • Providing proactive customer service - YOU are the expert. You know what the customer need even before they know them selves and you are not afraid of informing them about our portfolio of products 💙

  • Handling Customer Complaints - We are AMBITIOUS and take our customers very serious. We expect you to managing and converting unhappy customers and handling their complaints is considered an art in Klar.

  • Processing transactions - ensuring that customer transactions are processed in an efficient and timely manner.

  • Collecting and analyzing customer feedback - Your tasks do not end at just responding to customers and resolving their issues. Collecting and analyzing customer feedback is also a part of your tasks.

 

What are your skills as a Customer Success Hero(ine) 🦸‍♀️ 🦸‍♂️ :

  • Retail or Customer Success/support experience.

  • Customer centric in your bones 🦴 🧬

  • Strong communication skills - Native Danish speaker and English on a high level - both oral and written.

  • Commercial mindset and you know how to "tell the story".

  • Friendly, helpfull and a great teammate 

  • Proactive approach and strategic thinking

  • Innovative and thrives in the scale-up environment. 

  • FLEXIBLE - as this is a new role and department the description might change in time

  • Work structured and disciplined around your tasks and deadlines.

  • Love to question the status quo and try different solutions, even if you fail at first.

  • On the nice-to-list: if you speak and write a second language in either 🇸🇪 , 🇳🇴 or 🇪🇪
