KHORA
Khora is an award-winning XR production studio and learning space founded in 2015 and some of the first to produce and pioneer high-end, immersive content in the Nordic Region with curious and audacious partners.
We explore and drive value creation of emerging, immersive media. We aim to widen access to augmented and virtual reality (AR & VR) and produce experiences that connect us to our shared home, to each other, and that address real-world challenges, needs, and desires.
Khora is growing. We are currently 35 full-timers. We stand on the shoulders of more than 400 experiences made for XR and have introduced a hundred thousand people to XR at events, talks, and workshops. Job description
We are looking for an intern to join Khora’s team working with European consortiums and partnerships. You will meet and be tasked with a broad variety of responsibilities and support projects that will speed up and enhance your professional and personal skills. You will become an integral part of a team supportive of your professional and personal development. Supporting Khora’s engagement with large-scale, multi-partner European projects and initiatives, you will gain insights into emerging immersive technologies and media and how to proactively be a part of the wave as solution providers.
Your tasks
Available for a 6-month full-time internship (we remain open to discussing both shorter or longer-term engagements)
Supporting Khora’s representation in EU consortia and European multi-stakeholder projects
National and international Programme Management support
Participation in international project kick-offs, conferences, and multi-stakeholder meetings
Mapping and advising on European and international grants and calls
Identifying opportunities for expanding Khora’s project portfolio across various fields - from healthcare to education, arts, and culture
Communication tasks and management tasks
Your profile
Deep interest in the EU system and/or knowledge of working with multiple stakeholders in international environments
Enthusiastic and curious about new technologies, especially AR/VR/XR, and how they can be leveraged to tackle challenges - on an individual, societal or ecological level
Solid communication skills and a flair for engaging others with curiosity and an open mind
Ability to understand competing priorities and receive constructive advice and feedback
You can work independently and seek advice from your peers in a proactive, timely and constructive way
Any experience with programmes such as Horizon, Creative Europe, Erasmus or Interreg is a plus
Detail oriented
Qualifications
0.5-2 years of relevant work experience related to the EU, fundraising or programme/project management or business development
An academic degree within social sciences, humanities, digital media & communication studies, economics, or a related field. We value all educational backgrounds but personalities even more
Experience with Excel/Sheets
Prolific in English writing
Danish is a plus but not a requirement for the position (our working language is English).

You will become a part of Khora’s Business Development team and report to the European Projects Lead.
