Are you the Office Manager who will keep the Eupry office in tip-top shape? 

Eupry is growing, which is why we are in need of an Office Manager who will create a nice and productive work environment for our team. 

What will you do? 

As our Office Manager you will play a key role in keeping our office running. That includes: 

• Keeping things clean and organized 

• Ordering stationery and equipment

• Arranging necessary repairs in the office

• Partnering with the People and Culture Manager to update and maintain office policies if necessary

• Coordinating with the IT-responsible on all office equipment

• Ensuring accurate and timely reporting on expenditure

• General support to visitors

• Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires

• Addressing employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, hardware and travel arrangements)

• Collaboration with facility management vendors, including cleaning, waste disposal, catering and security services

• Internal communication regarding all office matters (lunch, cleanliness, equipment)

• Occasional event planning

Who are we looking for? 

We imagine you are proactive and service-minded, and can recognise yourself in the below listed points:

• Some experience with an Office Manager or Coordinator role is a plus 

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English (Danish is a plus, due to communication with vendors)

• Hands on experience with printers and coffee machines 

• Excellent time management skills, an ability to multitask and prioritise work

• Attention to detail and problem solving skills

• Strong organisational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment

• A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements

• Good English skills, as our company language is English

About the team

Eupry's team consists of over 12 nationalities, all working together on a mission to create user-friendly storage compliance solutions that will significantly improve the way our medicine, food and other sensitive goods are stored and transported. 

As a member of the People & Culture team, you will play a key part in creating a productive and engaging environment for our team. You will report to the People and Culture manager, and work closely with the team to ensure things run smoothly.
