About the Role

Ocean.io is looking for a Junior Operations Specialist to join our Revenue Operations team in Copenhagen. In this entry-level role, you’ll have the opportunity to have your hands in a wide variety of tasks and learn the ins and outs of fine tuning a commercial engine as you assist the Revenue Operations Manager in executing new processes, reporting and campaigns.

We invest in our people, and we'll train you on the job - an inner drive to learn and grow professionally is required, previous experience is not.

What you'll do in this role:

• In short: you’ll work with data, processes, and people to help commercial departments run smoothly (Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success)

• Become an expert in using Ocean.io’s product to build targeted lists of companies and contacts

• Build target lists for Sales and Marketing to run campaigns with, and occasionally join sales demos to show off the capabilities of our product to prospective customers

• Assist the Revenue Operations Manager in daily tasks maintaining the CRM, updating processes, and building reporting 

• Process data requests from customers and prospects for Sales and Marketing
