We’re looking for someone with the experience in some (if not all) of the following areas:
Networking & good connections in marketing, sales, and leadership in Copenhagen and the rest of Denmark.
Someone with proven leadership experience
Someone with proven IT project management, advisory, and consultancy experience.
More precisely, we imagine that you, together with the advisory team, would take care of the following:
Lead our account management & advisory team (by leading by example, experience, and following our processes).
Make sure our digital advisory (Account Management) team has the support they need to provide the clients with the best advisory, proposals, and make great IT projects happen.
Make sure our 100+ customers feel they have a great relationship with us and people working at Twentyfour (By f.ex. having meetings with these people, inviting them to events, etc.).
Participate in networking events, conferences and similar events.
Make sure our current processes in account management & advisory are executed correctly.
Hire staff (Account managers) on a full-time, part-time and intern basis.
Build a new sales funnel & scale our sales efforts and building a predictable revenue stream.
We believe that the following qualities and skills would make you a great match:
You should have 5+ years of experience in a similar position/field and/or experience in some of the above described specific tasks for the role.
You should be passionate and motivated by working in an environment that is driven by improving customers’ digital strategies and building great solutions.
You should display a capability of being able to identify, manage & communicate with various stakeholders (internal teams, customer, 3rd parties, etc.).
You are structured by nature but also have a “go-getter” attitude when the situation requires.
You have experience in testing out “new waters” (new markets) and you’re not afraid of challenges.
You have an interest in leadership, coaching people, and doing everything necessary for our teams, our company & our customers to succeed.
You understand and speak Danish fluently.

You’re guaranteed to learn and improve your skills levels in IT consulting, sales, business development, IT project management, customer management, business strategy, leadership, and way more.
We work in various industries (public/government, fashion, construction, you name it) & we have exciting customers such as Bella Center, Mond of Copenhagen, Blast Pro Series, Falcon IO, Danmarks Nationalbank, DR Koncerthuset, etc.
We work on a variety of IT projects - from highly complex to very simple, and anything in between.
We have a great team that keeps a fun atmosphere while delivering great services to our customers.

We often challenge each other in table football or table tennis when the brain needs some energy for the following working tasks.
