As our future Chief Sales Officer and Co-Founder you will organize and create a profitable sales department at OnboardingButler, building - and executing on - our strategies for B2B sales.
You will be responsable for all sales directly to B2B customers as well as B2B2B in the Nordic and UK markets.
You'll need to have substantial experience with B2B sales.
This is an un-paid position compensated with a competitive equity plan, with a later stage Co-Founder's level salary.
This is exciting times to be joining OnboardingButler. We are moving into our EarlyStage sales phase and you have every possibillity to really craft your own path of succes.
As Co-founder you will be working closely with the founding team and be involved in all aspects of our strategy development.
As Chief Sales Offficer you will be responsible for boosting sales and scaling revenues. This will include managing existing relationships as well as sourcing new clients.
We are looking for a person who can take on the task of penetrating the market independently and purposefully.
And regardless of how we twist and turn it, it will probably require skills and experience at a certain level:
Some years of experience with lead generation, scheduling meetings and closing deals
Ability to think strategically and generate creative revenue streams
Ability to source and close B2B clients for SaaS products
Ability to manage and retain key accounts
Ability to convey knowledge
We do expect you to be fluent in both written and spoken Danish and English
