NAKED Copenhagen is searching for a highly capable IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to our staff at our HQ’s, warehouse and three retail stores to optimize operational efficiency throughout the company. You will be tasked with monitoring and maintaining our computer systems and networks and responsible for troubleshooting and solving any issues, big or small, that arise.
Job Description
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, printers, networks, etc.
Provide technical support across the company, resolving issues for staff in a timely manner via phone, electronically and in person
Set up and maintain user accounts, permissions, mailboxes, licenses
Maintain IT asset inventory and manage hardware lifecycle
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
Training end users on hardware functionality and software programs
Manage retail infrastructure and hardware
Diverse IT tasks as needed
Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience within IT support
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
In depth knowledge of Windows, Mac OS, iOS, Microsoft Office 365
Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central preferred, but not required
Valid driver’s license
