Tiimo is the world's first daily planning app designed to be inclusive and helpful across neurodiversity, including for Autistic people and/or those with ADHD. We offer a customizable, playful and highly visual way of planning your daily life, reducing stress and achieving personal goals - designed to support focus, time management and task initiation in a highly visual and customizable way. Tiimo helps people manage everyday life and improve their wellbeing. Our purpose is to make life less chaotic and the world more neuroinclusive.

As our Head of Thought Leadership & Brand Communications, you will be an important part of our Brand & Marketing team and overall responsible for our Thought Leadership and Tone of Voice. You will deep dive into neurodiversity trends and communities and turn your insights into compelling stories, blogposts, Linkedin articles and other longform content. We need you to be a passionate advocate for NeuroInclusion, intersectionality and social justice - and understand how these themes combine and impact on our users. You will also play a vital role within the team - making sure that everyone from freelancers to designers and developers understand how neurodiversity themes will influence their work within Tiimo. Your role is also essential in increasing our user engagement and lifetime value by producing compelling copy and content for customer emails, in app notifications and the Tiimo website.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Become our expert in neurodiversity – i.e. research and understand the latest trends within and relevant to neurodiversity and our community
Working with our users and team to define Tiimo’s Thought Leadership direction and Tone of Voice (ToV)
Lead our thought leadership content strategy from idea to execution to further establish Tiimo as an expert and proactive source of information about Neurodiversity, mental health and other topics our audience and customers consider valuable
Execute on the content strategy and Tone of Voice across channels and tools - e.g. blogposts, website, e-books, posts on LinkedIn, articles, etc.
Optimize Tiimo users’ lifetime and product engagement by producing email and in-app communication for our core user types and segments
Write clear and compelling marketing copy to promote our products/services
Apply for relevant awards, in collaboration with the PR team
Research and outreach to potential content collaborator
You ideally match all or some of the following criteria
We expect you to have a solid experience in writing both long content (e.g. thought leadership, articles, blogposts) and commercial / marketing copy that communicates product value in crisp fashion. Meanwhile, do not hesitate if you see yourself thriving in the role but do not tick all the boxes below. We would still love to hear from you!

You have a love for words and a proven track record of writing and publishing engaging content (English)

You understand the basics of SEO

We are a team of 20 people (from many different nationalities)
English is our working language
The role is full time (37 hrs/week). Ideally we would prefer that you could meet at least 3 days of the week at our office in Central Copenhagen, but are flexible to other possibilities for the right applicant
Applicants must have the right to work within the EU. We sadly will not be able to progress any applications where the applicant does not already hold this right, as we will not be able to support applicants in gaining this work permit
