The role

We’re are looking for a business development representative to help grow our footprint in the Danish market. The BDR role is responsible for pipeline growth and focuses on prospecting new clients and continuously evaluating important markets to target. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers and understanding their current pains and needs related to recruitment. 

You will be working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success and will report directly to our CEO, Christoffer Bouet. 


What you'll do

  • Research market and customers, build pipeline, and nurture relationships with potential customers using HubSpot, LinkedIn, and other platforms

  • Identify contacts within target companies and reach out to prospective clients via outbound calls, emails, and social media 

  • Reach out to prospects requesting demos or discovery calls

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads, creating opportunities and next steps for Account Executives

  • Create a positive first impression with our prospects and customers by providing a world class experience

  • Understand the Recruitio brand, business model, product, and our target market.

  • Participate in strategic projects related to Marketing and Commercial Excellence

Qualifications

  • Team spirit, high energy, positive attitude and commercial mindset

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Enthusiasm for new technologies and a strong desire to learn, develop and continuously become better

  • Ability to thrive in a competitive environment with ambitious goals and targets

  • Proficient in Danish and English

  • Prior experience with sales or business development (e.g. telemarketing)

  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time and tasks effectively

  • Diligence, empathy and persistence in a customer-facing context
