The business 

Welldium is a venture-backed HealthTech startup on a mission to support the shift in the focus of our healthcare system from treating symptoms to addressing root causes.

We help holistic healthcare practitioners by supplying their patients with high-quality supplements in a more convenient way. We bring transparency to the fragmented supplement industry.

We’re a team of 15 people doing design, product management, web development, marketing, commerce operations and customer success in close collaboration. 

We are based in Copenhagen and the Netherlands.

Our technology team is empowered to talk to our users, discover their most important needs and problems and work closely to deliver the solutions that will drive outcomes. We are always looking for ways to improve the lives of our users and the way we operate and we always follow up.

The job

We are growing very fast - onboarding practitioners across most European countries and we’re expanding our technology team. We need a technical profile to lead the design, implement and maintain the technology that powers our existing and future products. 

Our ambitions are high and we need your help to realize them - get ready for an exciting journey! 

Responsibilities

As the lead of the technology team, you will be involved in designing, developing and expanding our products. Our current tech stack looks like this:

• #C server side .Net API, cqs pattern using mediator, efcore and fluent validation 

• Vue.js (2) + Typescript frontend using Nuxtjs framework

• Microsoft Azure hosting

• Relational databases

• Backend and frontend testing including automated integration testing and unit testing

• Application insights for observability and monitoring

Tasks

• Take the lead on large and small projects such as new product launches, managing migrations, and building core components

• Develop and deliver high-quality software on a continuous basis

• Troubleshoot and tune distributed systems

• Share your knowledge and learnings and contribute to helping the entire team grow

• Offer first-line support to the production environments

You…

• Have 7+ years experience in software development, with a preference in backend development

• Have worked with AWS, Google Cloud or Azure

• Experienced working with Distributed systems

• Are a master of your craft and believe that leading engineering teams is about ownership

• Enjoy being part of product discovery and work closely with the entire team to ensure our products accomplish the highest standards of quality and solve our customer needs

• Are the kind of person that people look up to and learn from - you’ll maintain the standards for the team, not just in code but in culture too

• Are passionate and committed to tasks, and in general an autonomous person with high levels of initiative and energy

• Lead your professional life with transparency and trust

• Are eager to drive a positive change in the healthcare system
