bubliq is looking for a Mechanical Design Engineering intern to assist in developing a new sparkling water maker crafted from sustainable materials. 

The growing focus on sustainability and health among consumers has increased the demand for sparkling water makers.

As a mechanical design engineer at bubliq, you will help develop the sparkling water maker of the future, crafted from sustainable materials. You will be part of designing the sparkling water maker's complex structure and internal components – a demanding task, requiring you to think outside the box, while giving equal emphasis to functionality, usability and safeness.

You have:

• a background in Mechanical Engineering and an excellent understanding of mechanics, dynamics and pneumatics

• the ability to think in groundbreaking and user-friendly solutions

• preferably at least 1 year of experience with product development

• material knowledge of stainless steel, aluminum and glass including its applications and limitations

  
  

Bonus skills:

• you have experience with the development of kitchen or household products

   

The Mechanical Design Engineering internship is a unique opportunity to assist in developing a sparkling water maker that will pave the way for a more sustainable future. You will work closely together with the industrial designer and CEO in developing the sparkling water maker. The position requires you to have excellent collaboration and communicative skills.

Internship and duration

The internship is 30-37 hours a week and should preferably start as soon as possible, or from the beginning of 2023. Duration of the internship is 3-6 months. The internship is unpaid.
