Sonohaler is looking for a Project Manager to manage, plan, coordinate, and deliver projects together with our technology and commercial teams and in collaboration with our global partners. The role is accountable for delivering projects within scope, budget, on time, and in high quality.

On a daily basis, the role will involve a mix of duties and responsibilities covering but not limited to scoping projects, developing project plans, monitoring and proactively managing changes, coordinating multiple deliverables and communications, and creating project documentation to ensure effective project implementation and delivery.

The primary role responsibilities will be to:

• Manage day to day operational aspects of multiple projects simultaneously

• Produce and maintain up to date project plans including milestones, estimates, and budgets

• Provide project support by documenting minutes, status and budget reporting, invoicing etc.

• Act as a single point of contact for all project related actions and communications

• Ensure adherence to risk management practices in line with appropriate project methodology

• Bachelor's degree in sciences with some working experience in Digital Health or MedTech

• 1 + years’ experience in project management role/s

• Fluency in written and spoken English. Fluency in Spanish is a plus

• Tech savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office applications

• Above all, desire to learn, high EQ, and a can-do attitude.
