Trendsales is all about sustainable shopping and our mission is to make buying and selling secondhand as easy and secure as possible.
We are the biggest secondhand platform in Denmark within fashion, and have built a profitable business, but we have much bigger plans and are therefore scaling up on all fronts in our Product Team including Product Managers.
What to expect
The product team is responsible for the backend, frontend and everything in between and consists of software engineers, designers and product managers. We are still a relatively small team and are focused on maturing the platform and building new features - all in the service of sustainable shopping and our users.
Product Managers have a long-term ownership of a specific product area such as categories, feed or i18n and are working closely with the other members of the Product team and colleagues from marketing, BI, finance, support and others in defining features, setting priorities and rolling out releases.
Features and projects are broken into pieces that fit within a 4-week development cycle. In each cycle, the product manager is managing a team of 3-5 developers and designers. After a cycle is completed, we do one week of cooldown. This is an opportunity for all team members to wind down, fix up something, mix and match across the entire team to prototype fun ideas, and last but not least, to reflect and prepare for the next cycle.
