The HR Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operational HR efficiencies across the EMEA region. This individual will drive process, procedure and policy improvements, optimize key employee engagement points including but not limited to onboarding/offboarding, and provide a strong understanding of regional HR practices. The HR Operations Manager will work closely with other stakeholders across the global HR team as well as cross functionally across Payroll, Finance, Legal and Procurement functions.
Drive continued improvements for a scalable HR practice across EMEA
Provide leadership and guidance to a small team distributed across the UK and Denmark
Maintain consistent employee policies across a range of geographic locations
Serve as the primary expert on matters related to employee practices, leave policies, etc.
Monitor and improve HRIS utilization for the EMEA employee base
Develop a strong practice of base-level HR reporting, including current headcount and team distributions
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Proven track record as an HR Operations Manager, HR Manager, or similar role
Strong knowledge of labor law particularly in Denmark, the United Kingdom, and the Netherlands
Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information System
Ability to assess and develop consistent and equitable company policies
Excellent analytical and decision-making ability; thrive in ambiguity
Team management experience
You need to have the right to work in Denmark before applying for that position

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
Solutions focused and process oriented
Excellent organizational and planning skills
This position manages a team and is responsible for the performance management of that team.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

This is a hybrid role with the opportunity to work from both the office and home.
