We’re looking for a Head of People & Culture - an important part of our team and a crucial colleague in the next phase of our growth journey.
You will be contributing to creating the best possible employee experience for every Propster - which is absolutely crucial for us to deliver on our ambitious promises to our customers. This means developing the Proper People Operating Model necessary for the next phases of our journey, but it also means you need to be versatile, curious and open to take on a very broad range of responsibilities.
We expect you to hit the ground running and some of the outcomes for the next 12-18 months include:
Hire 15-20 new Propsters
Build standards and processes necessary for our people operating model
Solidify and develop the unique Proper culture
Become a trusted advisor on People-topics - to all levels of the organisation
Increase your market knowledge - don't worry, we will help you with this
Get to know your new colleagues, share some laughs and after-work drinks
You will have a lot of freedom to shape the role as you see most valuable for the business, but we do believe that the scope should cover some of these topics:
Talent & Recruitment
Recruitment (expect to hire 15-20 new Propsters the next 12-18 months)
Develop the Proper People Operating model
Create the best employee experience incl. onboarding of new employees
Development of career progression plans and paths
People Operations & Administration
Engagement survey and initiatives
Own the necessary tools and systems
Management and development of employee benefits
Payroll management (with our outsourced payroll partner)
Go-to on questions about vacation, maternity, insurances, etc.
Contract and warrant program management
Relocation and remote employee management
Social, Culture & Office Management
Make sure Proper continues to be a place where employees enjoy coming
Continuously think about retention and engagement
Lead efforts on social activities such as Friday bars and celebrations
Be the one who has that eye for office-“hygge”
Continuously work on “culture”
Make sure that coffee is continuously flowing, snacks are plentifully available and the fridge is fully stocked for friday bars
