We offer free university portals and free access for all students!  It’s the big international  companies who pay the bill when they  wish to recruit the students in our network. In order to support our growth in the Nordics, we are currently looking for new team members to join a fast-growing company with a start-up spirit and a "Great Place to Work" rating.

The Position

The Nordics team is in its start-up phase, since Jobteaser only recently acquired Graduataland to be its Nordic office. This means that you will have a lot of responsibilities and influence on how we set up and run the new market. You will be the main point of contact for the clients in your portfolio. You will consult on campaign planning, package use, and other projects.

Daily tasks

• Take care of your own portfolio of Nordic Clients, making sure they succeed in their goals

• Carry out promotion plans and be the project manager on recruitment campaigns for the client on behalf of JobTeaser

•  Onboardings for your clients to make sure they are fully prepared for their partnership with JobTeaser

• Work closely with your partner Account Manager to grow and scale new and existing opportunities  

The Team

Our team currently consists  of two  Danish and one international CSM. In addition, we also have 3 student workers who support us in our daily tasks.  We are big on direct feedback, which  ensures that we always improve as both individuals and as a team. You will report directly to Nicolai Main, who is the  Head of Customer Success for the nordics. We are of course also a part of the big international team, which means 4 annual summits where all 350+ people will get together.

Who are we looking for

We are looking for a profile with a relevant  degree and experience in dealing with clients. Ideally, you have:

• a quick-wit, responsiveness and willingness to proactively ensure  high quality service!

• an eye for detail, analytical skills and organisational talent;

• strong teamwork skills and communication affinities;

• pedagogy, patience and a good listener. You take the time to listen to our clients' needs and problems.

• fluent in a nordic language and English
