Caliber has been on an exciting journey of revolutionizing the corporate reputation management field, and we are now looking for a new, driven colleague who can help us in the transition from start-up to scale-up. Our Enterprise SaaS platform has gained blue-chip customers in Europe and the United States – and we are prepared to enhance our market share and conquer new markets. If you are energetic and truly talented – and if you want to help us make the business world more trusted and trustworthy – this is the place for you!
Our platform helps Corporate Communications professionals manage their activities and build their companies’ reputations by providing real-time stakeholder perception data in an online dashboard based on daily surveys we conduct worldwide. We are an international team of strategists, analysts and technologists, and we are based in the middle of Copenhagen – at the iconic Magstræde.
We are continuously building on and expanding our young but advanced SaaS platform, and as a new developer on our team, you will be asked to contribute to both the current and future state of our solution. The company is moving fast and as such, the core of the business is as well.
You will join our office in Copenhagen and work with our product and development teams to help deliver a professional and intuitive user experience for our customers. This involves:
Leading the design strategy for our platform’s UI by establishing a design system, design thinking, and best practice principles to create a polished, exceptional user experience.
Working with Product Management to ensure designs reflect stakeholder input and can be built by engineering counterparts.
Creating wireframes and prototypes that demonstrate a cohesive interface for our users and support reusable UI components.
We’re looking for a visual design leader to build a strong visual identity for our platform while carefully considering how both interaction and visual design impact the overall user experience.
There is plenty of room to create and have an impact.
You have either worked in the software industry for years or you have come straight from the university with a technical/computer science diploma – whatever the case, we have a place for you.
Key requirements:
A distinct point of view in design.
A solid understanding of data visualization needs and techniques.
An ability to clearly and concisely describe design decisions.
An attention to detail.
Illustration and animation skills as they relate to product UI design, knowing when to inject them and how to use them to enhance the user experience.
A solid grasp of best practices, accessibility, and design heuristics.
An understanding of how UI and UX relate to one another.
Areas of experience/knowledge that brings additional value:
Experience with B2B SaaS solutions
HTML/CSS and Tailwind or similar utility-first CSS frameworks
Figma, Zeplin, or similar tools
Prior work on a design system team
Personal qualities:
Team player
Great sense of humor
Fluent in written and spoken English
Strong work ethic
Takes pride in your work
Solid problem solver
