The worldwide nursing shortage is currently crippling hospitals and care homes, and the new technologies will play a crucial role in saving the healthcare system from collapse. 

At we operate differently than the traditional companies in the field, by having a relentless focus on the product and users and developing solutions at lightning speed. In 2 years, has developed and commercialized a fully-fledged AI product, used by healthcare workers every day.´s solution is already now live and currently monitoring 100 patients/residents in hospitals and care homes. is looking to quickly grow with its current and expanding product portfolio in DK and surrounding markets. is therefore looking for a person that embodies the rare combination of true startup grit and Health care sales experience, and a person who will actually make a difference for the company and accelerate the commercial journey.


Founder mentality and commercial focus

You will build crucial strategic components of the company's future, such as expansion go-to-market strategy, reevaluating pricing, first-country expansion, and scaling plans. You will need to get your hands dirty and sell! 

Closing deals with’s potential customers, as well as establishing pilot  customer programs around the world, as well as exploring distribution and strategic partnerships. You will alongside the rest of the management be the commercial spearhead for the company. This means that you must gather your inner founder mentality and take the company on your shoulders.


Your tasks will include, but not be limited to, the following:

  • Make deals - sell product!

  • Professionalize and scale the sales organization

  • Set ambitious KPIs and make plans to get there

  • Investigate and analyze the company’s pricing, go-to-market, marketing, and reimbursement strategy

  • Carry the daily torch for the commercial side of the company

  • Reach out and form relationships with potential partners

  • Select the Key Opinion Hospitals and drive the commercial path to success

  • Be the lead in formulating the commercial milestones/KPIs for the company towards the next investment round

  • Recruit and build the sales team - as and when the commercial drivers dictate it


What is looking for in a candidate

To succeed in this role, you are a natural salesperson with a strong grasp of the tecnical and organizational fundamentals of sales. you have +3 years of healthcare sector and/or complex enterprise sales. Experience in high growth scaling in sales, executing stakeholder management, and building strategic partnerships. 

You understand and are able to navigate the landscape of sales services, and commercial value propositions, in the complex Healthcare sector.

As a person you are driven and throw yourself into the task, knock on doors, and keep on pushing; knowing that sales to this segment require planning, preparation, and persistence. You naturally enjoy working in a startup company driven by a passion for improving the healthcare of today which means that you have a high energy level and a will to succeed.
