About The Role 

We are looking for a Customer Finance Operations Specialist who takes pride in understanding, assisting, and helping the customers. You will become a specialist in our financial systems and use this to provide excellent customer support and help our colleagues.  

As our ideal candidate, you have an interest in finance, team spirit, adaptivity, empathy and enjoy working with customers. In our Customer Support and Operations team, we believe we are all responsible for our great ship's ability to sail through calm waters or a storm. We are proud of our "all hands-on deck" attitude and place gratitude on each team member every day.  


What you will do 

  • Work in collaboration with our finance department, where required, to resolve more complicated finance queries. 

  • Work with other teams to resolve requests and answer the finance related questions from clients, partners and leads using chat, email, and phone. 

  • Pass on clients', partners', and leads' feedback and work with other departments on improving our financial systems.   

  • Be an expert in our financial systems, processes and documentation and help to manage our internal documentation and external support center. 

Who are you 

  • You are just starting your career within finance and communication and want to learn more about SaaS (Software as a Service) and finance operations. 

  • You are optimistic also during tough times (not that we have many of those). 

  • You thrive in situations where you might not know what to do immediately but know the help is near. 

  • You want to take part in improving our services, processes, and our company. 

  • You should be comfortable with English both in writing and on the phone. 

  • Previous experience with one or more of our systems (Economic, Stripe, Hubspot, Intercom, Atlassian) is a plus, not a necessity.
