We are looking for a Customer Success Hero to join our forces in the Hub, our fast-growing recruitment platform for connecting startups and talent in the Nordic countries.
In collaboration with Danske Growth, we at Rainmaking Ventures are on a mission to empower startups and founders, help them grow, and eliminate friction on their way. Together we've made the Hub the go-to platform for startups in the Nordics.
We are now looking for a talented part-time Customer Success Hero to join our Hub team in Copenhagen. In Customer Success we work our magic on making startups successful in using thehub.io and ensuring a great user experience. You'll play a key role in helping grow the Hub across the Nordics as well as building key relationships with the startups. You'll be part of our small dedicated Customer Success team (2 current team members) and report directly to our Head of Customer Success, Sofie.
As a match for the role, you should be eager to work hands-on with customer service, mainly taking care of inbound inquiries and the daily operations of the platform. The position is part-time with about 15-20 hours a week and fits very well as a student job. We offer a lot of flexibility around exams etc., but also require flexibility from your end around deadlines and platform updates.
Ensure platform quality including screening and updating startups and jobs
Lead our customer service efforts in our email ticketing system
Maintain and curate the platform to the highest standard (fixing logos, reporting bugs, giving feedback on content to be improved)
Create content and build automations for our e-mail marketing, as well as informative blog posts, targeted at our startups and applicants
Collect user feedback - lead the feedback loop from user to customer success, marketing, and product
A user-centric mindset and eager to always go the extra mile for the users
Communication skills - experience with having both external and internal email conversations
Solution-orientation and readiness to tackle unexpected challenges
Ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks at once
Flexibility and willingness to help wherever and whenever needed, a true team player spirit
Proactivity, positive energy, and a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
Fluency in English (both written and oral)
Bonus points for:
Previous experience with customer service, e-mail marketing, tech platforms and excel
Good knowledge of the Nordic startup ecosystem, and an interest in entrepreneurship and innovation
A great sense of humour
