We do their bookkeeping, payroll, controlling, monthly reporting, budgeting and CFO Advisory. But we have also built state-of-the-art software and this is where this role comes in. You will be the first Customer support in the organization.

Your responsibilities:

• User support/assistance (B2B): User support via chat, email and phone.

• Troubleshooting & escalating issues to the correct teams.

• Establishing close feedback loops with developers or product teams to enable product development and aid with bug fixes. 

• Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Creating and maintaining end-user documentation and instructional content (e.g. written articles and videos for our user guides)

• Internal and external training of our software.

Ideal Fit:

• Positive and energetic attitude with exceptional communication skills.

• You have good interpersonal skills, analytical mind, and you are very reactive, which allows you to coordinate your work with your internal and external stakeholders.

• You are highly organized and detail-oriented.

• You are resourceful: whatever the problem, you never get stuck and always find a solution.

• You are a fluent English speaker and writer. Danish is a benefit but not a must.

• You have outstanding planning, time management and multitasking skills.

• The work will be done from our Danish office, so a danish work permit is a requirement.

The first 18 months have taken us from 0 to 60+ employees, we have more than 100 clients. We launched in the UK 1st of september and that will be the first of many new markets to open.
