Our platform helps Corporate Communications professionals manage their activities and build their companies’ reputations by providing real-time stakeholder perception data in an online dashboard based on daily surveys we conduct worldwide. We are an international team of strategists, analysts and technologists, and we are based in the middle of Copenhagen – at the iconic Magstræde.

Position

Caliber’s product and development team is up for a significant growth in the coming year. As part of this, the product organization will scale up and a dedicated Product Owner will take ownership of different areas of our main platform. You will be responsible for connecting the developer team with the rest of the organization and ensure that our main product meets our clients’ and market expectations.

Overall, you will be responsible for:

• Creating user stories

• Defining business logic

• Organizing and prioritizing product improvements

• Specifying concrete tasks and assigning responsibilities in Jira (in cooperation with the developer team)

• Overall project management

There is lot of potential in the role to define your own way of doing things, be creative and set standards, and speed up your own career path that leads towards a position as CPO.

Our corporate Language is English. We prioritize candidates that are located around the regions of Greater Copenhagen and Southern Sweden.

Key skills, characteristics & knowledge:

You have already worked in the software industry, preferably enterprise SaaS, and have at least a few years of experience as Product Owner or a similar role.

Key skills:

• Proven track record in working and leading software development projects

• Good knowledge and hands-on experience with Jira

• SCRUM master or very strong in SCRUM methodology

Skills for extra points:

Understanding / basic skill with one of the following:

• PHP, Ajax

• JavaScript, JQuery

• HTML/CSS

• REST APIs

• AWS, Cloud

• Micro services

• Docker

• Git

Any relevant skills / knowledge within Software Development will be a benefit.

Personal:

• Excellent communication and relationship skills

• A great sense of humor

• Fluent in English
