Data Analyst (Commercial Excellence Representative)

Who are we?
Connected Cars is working on an ambitious project to connect 1,000,000+ car-users with their vehicles and retrieve the real-time data that is available from every modern car. From our cloud, we share data to create a connected user experience for all cars on the road today. Currently, we have 200,000+ users of both private and commercial vehicles connected in 5 countries and we are growing every day. Our team consists of 50+ people from many different backgrounds and cultures all located in Copenhagen. We are all “do’ers” that take ownership of our work and the product we deliver.
The position
As a Sales Data Analyst, will support our sales team by compiling and analyzing sales and market data to help our organization sell more effectively. Your responsibility will include reviewing market trends and other sales figures to help our sales team understand the market and provide more recommendations to our potential clients. Ultimately, you will work with our sales team to improve our sales process and help us close more sales opportunities.
The success of the role is measured against increasing the velocity of deals and the quality of CRM data used to drive key business decisions.
You will report to our VP of Sales, Marketing, and CS and your main responsibilities will be:
Enhance our ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) qualification setup
Create and qualify prospect lists for our sales team
Conduct research into competitive companies and the surrounding market
Study past sales data to determine trends in productivity
Help optimizing our Commercial Playbook and Sales Funnel Management
Provide the management team with weekly sales KPIs
Support the sales team on CRM and other sales operations systems
Deliver sales metrics, dashboards and other ad-hoc analytical tasks
Lead automation and streamline the Lead to Contract process
Your skills
Experience in a sales operations/sales order processing role
Experience in a technology subscription-based business
Experience driving data quality improvement
Energetic, thoughtful, systematic approach, focused on robust, repeatable and scalable outcomes
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience working with Sales, Legal, Finance and Marketing teams
Experience with HubSpot CRM is a plus
