About Typd

Typd is a copywriting marketplace similar to Scripted.com. Through an expanding network of Copywriters, we have built a strong community of writers across fields and disciplines. Our service makes creating copy - easy and trustworthy for companies and clients in need of copy on an ongoing basis. 

The team

Typd has been born out of an existing company, Zigna. We’re the leading content marketplace for visual content in the Nordics and serve the real estate and foodtech sectors. Typd is a spinoff service that has become its own company due to demand. We have a 10+ strong team of Danish copywriters who now primarily serve Zigna’s clients and a few others. The vision behind Typd is to grow it to become the leading copywriting and freelance writers marketing service, in Europe. Zigna is founded by Jesper L. Hansen and Nicolai Afseus.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for an ambitious person to join the Typd team as Co-founder. As co-founder of Typd, You will primarily be responsible for driving growth for the company by working with our SDRs to generate meetings with qualified client prospects and closing them. You will also be responsible for the day to day operations in partnership with our Head of Copywriting who runs the operational aspects of bookings, managing Writers, etc. Lastly, you will be responsible for building a team and improving the product as well as internal processes such as creating onboarding materials. You should be someone who thrives with the perspective to be part of building and growing a company and product.  

The potential

Typd. is addressing a huge, $100B+ global market for writing services. The goal is to grow in Denmark first to get learnings and then to expand, via funding, to new markets with the ultimate aim of becoming the leading platform for copywriting, used by brands and companies around the world. 

Compensation

As co-founder of Typd, you will receive ownership and shares. In terms of salary, as we’re a bootstrapped startup, initially, all we can offer is an attractive commission-only salary and model. The goal is however, that as soon as there’s enough revenue, you will of course receive a baseline salary on top. Compensation will be discussed in further detail in a meeting.
